Human Form in Oil Paint Course (Sept/Oct)

Explore the beauty and expression of the human figure in this immersive 5-week Human Form in Oil Painting Course. Learn how to capture shape, proportion, light, and shadow while developing your own figurative oil painting skills.

Over five weeks, you’ll build your confidence with techniques for creating realistic forms, mixing skin tones, adding depth, and using colour and brushwork to bring the human figure to life. Each class will guide you through the process of developing a finished oil painting while exploring the fundamentals of figurative art.

Please note: this course will not include nude models. Reference images and guided instruction will be used to explore the human form in a comfortable and welcoming studio environment.

Perfect for beginners and experienced artists looking to expand their skills, this course offers a creative and supportive space to learn, connect, and explore the timeless art of painting the human figure. All supplies are provided, and you’ll leave with new techniques and a completed oil painting to be proud of. Join Ue Enkhbold for 5 weeks on September 18, 25, October 2, 16, & 23 from 6:00-9:30pm.
